FAQs

It takes 4 weeks to process your credentialing applications and get you ready to begin seeing your clients. Once this process is completed, it takes between 2-3 weeks to build your caseload.

At PAWC, we understand that our providers need timely and high-quality support. We have a team of dedicated staff available to connect via phone or email to support you. Our team handles everything including marketing, billing, credentialing, general administrative support, and rate management with insurance companies. You will also have access to our in-house proprietary EHR system.

Our intake team speaks with each new patient before they are added to your caseload. During the intake call, our team conducts a comprehensive screening process to ensure the patient is not in crisis and is appropriate for outpatient care. From there, we match the patient with providers based on provider specialties and preferences.

PAWC has a 48 business hour cancellation policy and providers are able to enforce the policy as they see fit, so you are paid for each late canceled session or missed session.

We use our proprietary EHR software to make billing seamless and efficient for our providers. Once chart notes are signed, the billing process starts automatically. We offer our providers bi-weekly payments, with pay periods on the 14th and the last day of the month or the Friday before if either of those days falls on the weekend. Additionally, we have a policy of paying our providers for notes signed on the next pay period, as long as they are signed within 7 days of the session date. This means that payments for these sessions will not be tied to the timing of insurance reimbursements, providing our providers with greater financial stability and flexibility.

No, you will not need to incur any out-of-pocket expenses for the support that we provide you.
