Professional Statement

I am Dr. Vaughn a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I have been working as a psychotherapist for over 15 years, in multiple areas of the Mental health field. From anxiety, depression, and the many kinds of Traumas, in children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My practice has been influenced by my medical education. I work as an integrationist, incorporating different tools from Evidence-based therapies that have been proven effective in treatment. My style is humanistic, and I prioritize the uniqueness of the person. I believe that no individual case is equal to the other, that the power in session should be placed on the patient, and that my role is the one that the patient needs at the moment while on their path towards healing.
