I have 14+ years of clinical experience working with adults, and older adults in inpatient and outpatient settings. I have provided services to clients on issues related to mood disorders, anxiety, and interpersonal problems. I specialize in working with adults experiencing symptoms of distress due to: Trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self esteem, co-dependency, and career issues. As a licensed psychologist trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, I create a supportive and trusting environment for these seeking to gain insight and develop coping strategies to foster positive changes at home, work, and in social settings. I believe that self awareness, emotional insight, self acceptance, and self actualization are essential to a healthy and happy life.
