Professional Statement

Clinical psychologist, Dr. Laura Korkoian earned her Psy.D from the California School of Professional Psychology in 1999. She specialized in child and family therapy with an emphasis in psychodynamic training. Dr. Korkoian interned at Santa Anita Family Services in Monrovia, The Switzer Center in Torrance focusing on children with intellectual disabilities and the Wright Institute seeing adults. After graduation, Dr. Korkoian completed a two -year fellowship at the Reiss-Davis Child Study Center/ Vista Del Mar. Dr. Korkoian has spent the last 20 years working in television. She has a great understanding of the entertainment business and enjoys working with clients behind and in front of the camera.
