Professional Statement

Heidi Zeichick is a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate and motivated to find the personalized care that each person needs for growth and healing. She has worked with a very diverse clientele of all ages, who have brought a wealth of unique backgrounds and life experiences. She draws from training in: behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification therapy, grief therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, infant and early childhood mental health and executive function therapy. Heidi has many years of experience working with people who are struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as working through grief and loss. She also specializes in working with individuals with ASD (and Aspergers), developmental disorders, learning disabilities and executive function challenges.
