Professional Statement

I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and I have been working with adults and couples on relationship issues, anxiety, and depression for over 8 years since I started my training in 2012. My specialty is personal empowerment work, as I strongly believe that solid relationships are formed from solid individuals. My approach is very solution focused, supporting you in your struggles, and equipping you with the tools you need to communicate who you are to the world. I often work with individuals who are going through a major break up and finding it difficult to recover. I help them rebuild their sense of individuality using grounding and mindfulness techniques and evidence-based therapies like CBT. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, going through a break-up, or having difficulty in your relationship, take initiative in turning things around.
