Professional Statement

Welcome. Congratulations on seeking counseling therapy to support your mental and emotional well-being. I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MFC 112107. I received a B.S. in Psychology from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. I hold an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, CA. My clinical skills span experience working with children, teens, adult individuals, couples and families. I have worked in diverse environments which include clinic based, school based, and private practice settings across the bay area. I believe therapy is essential and healthy for all human beings no matter how small, medium, or large struggles may seem. Currently in my practice I work with adult patients. As a facilitative clinician, it is my intention to provide an empathic and supportive space for clients to gain new insights and learn new ways of coping, in-order to live the life that you want to live. It's an honor to join you on your life-journey towards new possibilities for greater contentment. My approach is humanistic, psychodynamic, family systems, and mindfulness based.
