Professional Statement

Dr. Laird holds a Doctorate of Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Master's in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has received many awards and recognitions and has publications. Dr. Laird is a professor of Marriage and Family Therapy in addition to being a clinician. Dr. Laird was recently elected to the board of directors for the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy; recognized by an election of her peers across the nation. Dr. Laird specializes in individual, couples, and family therapy with special emphasis on pre-marital work, marital work, partnerships, non-monogamy, sex therapy, blended families, and male issues.
