I believe that being understood by someone who is compassionate and knowledgeable is essential to becoming the best person we can be. We are often our own worst critics. I have 20 years of experience in working with teens and adults who have a wide range of issues. I utilize evidence-based practices to work with you and help you see past self-criticism and judgement. Each person is different, and everyone has their strengths. I try to understand the person first and then we can work together on solutions that will build self-esteem and empower you.
