I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in San Diego. I'm extremely passionate about creating a comfortable, approachable space for teens & young adults to learn about themselves, learn new mental & emotional wellness skills, create new habits and grow wherever they are right now. Whether your hopes are to get to know yourself better, feel more confident, feel more inner peace, feel more connected to yourself & those around you, or reduce your feelings of anxiousness or stress, I'd love to support you. I have a very compassionate, growth-centered and solution-focused approach to therapy. I use an eclectic approach that includes: ACT, CBT, mind-body approaches, mindfulness, self-compassion, and creative expression including art and journaling. I believe that you are the expert on you and that on your journey of healing and growth, having a non-judgmental, safe space to reflect, share, and grow can be incredibly helpful.
