As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I am committed to guiding and helping client's to better understand themselves and work to achieve their goals. My style is eclectic, collaborative, and interactive. I strongly believe that building a connection with clients is the foundation for therapeutic success. I find enjoyment in helping individuals and couples increase their ability to communicate more effectively, heal from previous trauma, and navigate thoughts and feelings in order to develop stability, fulfillment, and happiness.
